I work with female leaders who are thinkers, technical and committed to creating shifts in their professional and personal lives. Challenges are part of all of our lives and can stop us in our tracks. Get thru the frustration and be the leader you want to be! Coaching is getting clear, getting a strategy, taking action, checking for effectiveness and managing our personal energy.

Over 20 years ago – I began to study Leadership Coaching for individuals and business leaders – I continue to challenge myself to be my best in all ways. It would be my honor to share what I have learned as you challenge yourself to move towards the full life you deserve

My formal coaching studies are with the Anthony Robbins Institute – Mastery University and Bruce Schneider at iPEC Coaching, Certified Energy Leadership Master Practitioner at iPEC Coaching, Master Business Coach at the Abel Business Institute. In addition I am a Meyers Briggs Certified Practitioner, Emotional Intelligence Certified Practitioner, DiSC, ChageMap © , LEA 360 and hold a variety of additional advanced certifications in negotiations, sales, facilitations and communications.

Walking the fire walk with the Anthony Robbins Mastery University program was one of the most exhilarating experiences I have every had and a true testament to mind over matter that I share with clients.
