My name is Karen Burke and I help people rediscover the purpose of their life, understand the values that drive their life, then, in partnership, create a plan for incorporating this into your business, corporate and leadership style. I partner with clients via one on one coaching, group work and speaking engagements as they make strategic decisions for growth and accountability. I am a working Mom, I have worked in the corporate world internationally and in small business as both an engineer an executive and now as a coach. I have completed this journey while raising a family and continuing with graduate studies. I am the coach that understands the path to achieving success at work and at home and how to help you get unstuck in decisions you are facing regarding your corporate, business and personal leadership challenges. Many people feel this is impossible – working in partnership, you will rediscover your values and use those to map your executive, business and life success.

Having coached clients for over 2000+ hours and being certified at the PCC level of the International Coach Federation, I look forward to connecting with you to discuss your specific goals and a plan to achieve them.

My studies include Mechanical Engineering (Magna Cum Laude), Master’s in Business, Professional Certified Coach – International Coach Federation, Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, Mentor Coach Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, Master Business Coach and Emotional Intelligence Coach.
